I have been working with children and teens in both educational and therapeutic capacities since 2009. I love working with young people and supporting them to find benefits from therapy when it is so often not their idea to have therapy in the first place. I am playful, authentic, and creative in my approaches in working with children and teenagers. Whether they are struggling in school, have experienced a recent trauma- we will all work together to create a game plan that meets their needs.
As a queer identified therapist, providing both gender affirming care, as well as being a provider who understands the nuances of being a part of the queer community is a priority for me. I know what it's like to have to explain terms or not have a therapist understand your identity or orientation. I provide a nurturing space where you can be you and get your needs met- whether those needs are focused around your queer identity or not. For any clients seeking gender affirming surgery letters, assessments sessions and letters are provided free of cost.
I have been working with individuals connected to the commercial sex trade since 2015 and am currently the clinicial director of RIA, Inc where we provide free clinical services to individuals 18+ in Massachusetts. Whether you identify as a SWer, trafficking survivor, or a little bit of both we can work together to identify your current needs. I come to the table free of judgment, and meeting you where you are at. Therapy can include looking at your experiences in the life or other subject matter all together. You are in control of our work in therapy, and you can bring your whole self to the table.
